If you were ever in any doubt about a shadow government controlled by the Elite PTB (Powers That Be) through their tools and instruments we call Politicians and Bankers... You are quite simply a 'Fool' with a capital 'F' and I will say it in your face as I have done with others. So for you Fools out there let me explain as simply as simply as I can because if you decide to listen you can turn from being a Fool into some is wise. I am not implying that you are thick or stupid although a percentage obviously are but I am no longer appealing to them. They are a lost cause of which I washed my hands of them a long time ago because flogging a dead horse is folly and it would be I who was a Fool.

A dead horse will not react because it cannot. Even a Fool can work that one out. Then again...

Society is beginning to split into two factions. The ignorant apathetic weak and the strong concerned wise.

Today I am trying to reach out you people who are still quite capable of rational thinking yet may still not be fully convinced of what is conspiring behind your backs even though you may suspect or harbour an uneasy feeling that something surely is going on.

To achieve my goal, I must ask you to think out of the box or think out of the norm as it were. It is not dangerous, wrong or painful. I promise you. But I will not promise you that it is not uncomfortable either because it is. Not the process but the result of your conclusions. Furthermore, you can add unsettling to the description and most likely fearful too. Sometimes that is what the 'Truth' is... frightening.

That is why so many people are either still asleep or in denial to what is going on around them and indeed behind their backs. Like a frightened child they are closing their eyes and hoping the Bogey Man will go away. Well this Bogey Man won't. He's coming to get you and gobble you up.

None can lie to me, although some try. They pretend there's nothing going on and dismiss you with a nervous laugh. It's called Bravado. Translate that as you will but to me it simply means false courage. I am a guerilla of sorts. I get onto the streets and mingle with the public. I blend in as one of them. They don't know me or what I do. They see me as a witty easy going stranger who is one of them. I quickly break the ice and suddenly I am one of them. A skill which comes from thirty years of personal Tarot Reading, an essential tool needed to relax a nervous client within the first few seconds. This same ability also allows me to become a chameleon of sorts.

I use this faculty to penetrate many levels of society so I have have a pretty good grasp of the public mood. In fact the true mood not the one that is told to you in the MS Media. It is becoming very interesting. So anyone who says they are not uncomfortable or worried about the Future is either mentally challenged or in denial. Ironically, 'The Future' is my speciality. (In case nobody has noticed yet)

'Laughter', is a good feeling which brings on another good feeling we call 'Happiness' and glee. We like feelings like these and they are welcome into our lives at any time.

'Worry' is a bad feeling we do not like because it brings on 'Fear' and stress, a feeling that is not welcome in our lives because if not faced it can bring on terror. It grows and manifests into something more potent.

Fear is a thing that must confronted. That is why it exists in our journey through life so it can test our strengths and weaknesses. We admire heroes of lore because they confronted fears that none of the masses would or indeed could. That is why we call them Heroes. That is why we admire them. That is why they will live forever in the minds of mankind.

Those who do not confront are never admired, quickly forgotten and die many times during their fearful lives.

I am here today to give you a very simple message. If you do not confront your fears now. As said, it will soon grow into 'Terror'. Once this manifests it will be difficult or impossible to confront.

Outrageous Arrogance Of The Banking Institution

I know there are skeptics who pass through this website. I also know that they keep on passing through because I have managed to capture their curiosity. That's good. It's a start. Those people still do not believe in any metaphysical things like Precognition or the ones who use it known or berated as Psychics. That's OK too because proving such is not the point. We can deal with that issue later down the road of life if indeed the road is still there. So we must eliminate any excuse you may have about the Metaphysical or psychic abilities and such.

As for your curiosity about how I Predict events months or years in advance with no trend to inspire me at the time of prediction... well we must suspend that too. Coincidence, good guesser, lucky whatever. It is of no consequence right now. What is of consequence however, is your lateral thinking ability or thinking out of your comfort zone for a moment.

Use the common sense and logic you was born with. That is why it was given to you. It is a form of natural instinct. If someone tells you it's safe to stick your finger in an electric socket your common sense should tell you otherwise. If it doesn't, go ahead and try it. Then you will prove that you are not a fool after all. You are an idiot instead. Probably a dead one at that.

So today my task is difficult. I can only appeal to that section of society who are still sitting on the fence watching and waiting for something to happen. Ironically, it is because those of you who are still sitting on the fence that things are getting progressively worse and those working towards that goal from the shadows are wringing their hands in glee. It is these very entities who are going to turn your unconscious fear into extreme fear or what you call Terror. Within the next twelve to eighteen months, Misery and yourselves will be old acquaintances. I kid you not my friends. here is an example.

You may have seen in the UK MS Media News today that the Banks are in court once again for their unfair and illegal Bank Charges they have cheated from their own customers. Here's the kicker...

They have already lost their defense in the original court case so they went to the Appeal Court to drag it out. A decision that made them unpopular with their customers and also suspicious that their banks did not want to return the money they had stolen to quickly.

Karma struck again in February this year (2009) when at last their case came up and they lost their appeal. At that point they may have been forgiven for naughty had they accepted the decision and paid the pilfered money back.

After all is said and done, this is deemed as theft by the 'Law Of The Land'.

Now maybe the Bank's next move was Karma at work which I think it is.

Instead of reinstating the trust and decency facade of which they have hidden behind for decades and let sleeping dogs lie by paying up, they did the opposite and took it further to the Supreme Court which has come up today. (Wed 25th Nov 2009. You can play a bit of numerology there too)

At this point of writing I have learned that the Supreme Court has ruled in favour of the Banks which has spoiled me telling you the outcome. But at the same time I'm sure you would have guessed anyway so no surprise there. But it is important you do not forget what else has been happening in between this theft, because that is what it legally is now, theft.

Two courts ruled charges illegal. The third went against those decisions. So two votes against one no longer apply in logic.

Anger will now sweep the British Isles because in between this charade, the 'British Public' had to 'Bail Out' the banks with 'Public Money', most of which eventually was passed on to the fat cats as 'Bonuses'!

Are you feeling Outrage at this arrogance yet?

Moreover is the fact that the said British Public hold a substantial stake in those banks.

Double Daylight Robbery

Come on you people sitting on the fence. Wake up you people who are asleep. And for those still in denial.. you have all now officially entered dangerous territory.

They refuse to pay the bail out money back. They now do not have to pay their illegal charges back. At least that is the message that the treacherous MS Media is insinuating. Why? And here's the triple whammy my friends. They are to be allowed to continue with said illegal charges and the only stipulation is to lower them.

It's fascinating that the Royal Bailout Bank of Scotland sent their customers a letter of these new charges Before The Latest Ruling!!!

Whitewash, Fiddle, Diddle, Con, Facade, Deception, Suppression, Swindle, Hoodwink, Bamboozle, Sting, Guff, Taken For A Ride, Taken To The Cleaners, Sham, Racket, Flim Flam, Bunco, Hornswoggle and Rip Off.

The so called Judge who gave this ruling should now be investigated by the Scotland Yard Fraud Squad to see how much he was bribed to even consider risking going against the two previous rulings.

I have seen this more than once in my life with those in denial. It isn't a pretty sight when a once vibrant person becomes but an empty vessel. A bruise will heal. A cut can be stitched and will heal. So will a broken bone.

But once the mind gets damaged, you cannot put a plaster on it or stitch it up because it is not a Physical thing.

"Ha Ha! It won't happen to me. I'm strong willed and strong minded", some of you may say. Famous last words that I heard before and words of Bravado I mentioned before.

Here is simple wisdom: How can you be the above when you refuse to accept what is really going on? Is that your version of strong minded? When the bough breaks your cradle will fall.

That is how people lose their minds. When shocking reality collides with self denial.

Fight Or Die

If you think the title above is a tad dramatic, think again.

Besides the mentioned bare faced arrogance and contempt for the Public, there is another thing you should not forget. I have hinted many times that 'They' The PTB, have an urgency about them and that they would step up their agenda. So let us not forget that only weeks after the Irish Lisbon Treaty sham there now exists a President of Europe! The PTB are moving at the speed of light compared to us.

Furthermore, literally days into his 350k Euros a year post, he is pushing for everybody to now pay a Euro Tax. Tax, VAT Tax, Green Tax and now a Euro Tax. That's on top of Banksters and Poli-Ticks stealing your money you need to pay those taxes.

It is time to leave your imaginary comfort zones and look at this reality and the darker one around the corner which will manifest if you continue to be submissive. Your comfort zones will be taken from you anyway when'They' decide to squash them. You must join and rise against these criminals in suits. They are but a mere handful against the masses. There power is zero in comparison to people power. That is their biggest fear.

The time has come to instill that fear in them before they they instill their fear in you!

And guess what? It's easier than you think to bring these rabid mad dogs to heel. All you have to do is say NO! No More, No I Won't! No Way!

I would prefer to see them strung up from the nearest lampost after being skinned alive.I would like to entomb them in their ivory towers and places of business and put a flame thrower to them.

But I do not condone my own dark thoughts because we would be merely reacting to the anger they have caused and anger unbalances the thought. We do not have to degrade ourselves by sinking to their level so they could then play the victim.

We can keep and enhance our dignity by simply not playing their game any more by saying NO!We can strip them of power in an instant just by saying NO! We Will Not Obey! NO! We Will Not Pay!We can put the arrogant Banks firmly in their place by saying NO! I will not keep my money in your bank so you can charge me.

Civil Disobedience is the key not violence although some violence is now inevitable as the showdown with a puppet UK government approaches. A government with no power, no soul and no compassion for those who didn't elect them in the first place.

If your salary is paid into the Bank. Leave enough to pay your direct debits and draw the rest out.And if they charge you because you was a penny out. Then we should as one people tell our creditors that they must come up with an alternative way of settling our bills.

Same with the nations employers. They must be told. TOLD not asked!

Did you know some people still get paid cash weekly? Many of you are old enough to remember that everybody used to get a weekly pay packet. It wasn't that long ago. You always knew exactly where you stood with your finances. If you was broke towards the end of the week you knew you wouldn't be broke for long. People with extra cash would help you out by lending money because they knew they would be paid back in few days without expecting interest although you would treat them anyway as a thank you.

Try asking a Bank to do the same. They have killed this kind of camaraderie. Nobody needed nor wanted a bank account back then unless they were saving. Remember the Banks back then? All smiles and bending over backwards to please. Anything to get you to open an account with them. You could see your friendly Bank Manager and he would even lend you money for a business if he thought it was a feasible idea. But that kind of manager is now as extinct as the Dodo.

The Bankers started to run out of patience with this PR stunt of being nice and friendly. It was becoming hard to keep up the facade because new customers were only trickling in. Many of the older people still didn't trust banks and would rather keep their money at home hidden under the proverbial mattress or in a biscuit tin under the stairs.

That's when the banks began to persuade the nation's large employers that it would be safer and cheaper to pay by cheque. First fortnightly and then monthly like they did in America. UK suddenly the 'Pay Cheque'. A few short years later this system had spread like a disease to medium size companies then inevitably the smaller ones. Then they had you over a barrel. If you wanted that job, then you would need to open a bank account in order to cash your cheque like it or not. That's when the banks became powerful and later arrogant. The next generation grew up fearing the bank as if the bank owned them. I never understood this phenomena. I used to remind them, 'It's your money not theirs! Why are you scared of them?' This fear attitude still exists today even more so. That is why they have become more arrogant. That is why they have become your masters.

Can you open your eyes and see that exactly the same thing is happening with the ID Card?

They are still pushing it through against the will of the public. They are on sale in Manchester Lancashire now. The scheme is losing money and costing the tax payer 250K a day. Why do we need them when the new driving license is a good form of ID complete with photo? Because they want to biometric chip you that's why! March to ID cards costing the public quarter of a million pounds a day

This is what we had been told was shelved by this treacherous fibbing government when all the time they just carried on regardless behind your back. Am I in a Communist country?

And while we are on the subject of doubt. If you doubted before about what is happening, surely to God, you cannot be in any of a shadow of doubt now!

Have you heard the latest? The police are getting or already have the right to arrest you without cause for refusing a random DNA test. They too are now collecting DNA for a national database. This is an illegal act according to the law of the land. You cannot take a DNA sample from an innocent person without their permission. It is a blatant infringement on human rights and freedom.

If any cop stops me for this reason, I will be arrested. But I will not be arrested only for mere refusal, no sir. You might as well get hung for a sheep than a lamb. I will physically resist and therefore be charged with assault. I would then put the heeby jeebies on everyone involved with my incarceration from my cell. They would not remain sceptic very long as to the power of a well exercised and trained mind.

I hate bullies. Always have always will. I also will not be bullied. I would rather fight back. That way you cannot be bullied because bullies are cowards. A true fact which I proved countless times and continue to do so if I live to be a hundred.

That my friends is what is happening to you now. You are being bullied by cowards. It is time time to hit the bully back. Hit him hard, hit him fast, hit him so many times he won't know whether he's coming or going. Then you will see I am telling you the truth because you will see the bully whimper and fall with a thud. Since this bunch of muppets came to power in the UK, they have passed over 3,500 Laws. The British people do not have clue what these laws are yet. These laws are are a ticking time bomb on freedom. If the people knew the details of these (as yet) unspoken laws, trust me, there would be hell to pay for the Poli-Ticks. These fair isles would erupt into revolution overnight. That's what that worried look on the politicians faces is all about. They know sooner or later these laws must be implemented and it's their job to do so.

Simple wisdom should show you that the time is near.

Supreme Court Judgment and what is means,

Well I have just got back from London where I spent a lot of time trying to put right the media stories that the Bank’s had won and this was the end for consumers, gladly I note that most of the Media have now reported that this case was not as important as many people thought is was:

I am going to set out parts of the Judgment and explain what they mean if needed. After which I will outline what I think should happen next.

The Judgment

Firstly the Lord Walker highlighted the fact that many members of the public were not aware of the limited nature of the issue, which the court had to decide in the appeal.

At Para 45 Lord Walker Said “…The Directive and the 1999 Regulations apply only to terms which have not been individually negotiated“. Clearly the contract we all entered into with the banks has not been individually negotiated so the regulations do apply.

Lord Philips Para 57. Stated the issue is whether the relevant charges constitute “the price or Remuneration, as against the services supplied in exchange” within the meaning of the Regulation. If they do not, the attack on the fairness of the term that is open to the OFT will not be circumscribed (restricted) by Regulation 6(2)b. If they do, then they will still be open to attack by the OFT on the ground that they are “Unfair” as defined by regulation 5(1) but that attack cannot be founded on an allegation that the Relevant Charges are excessive by comparison with the services which they Purchase, for that is forbidden by regulation 6(2)b

So what does this mean, well it means that the Court has ruled that the charges for bounced direct debits and unauthorised overdrafts etc are part of the price for the services, therefore they cannot be tested for fairness under Regulation 6(2)b of The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, However the Court has said that the OFT can assess the Fairness of the price under Regulation 5.1. According to other criteria. (See Para 59)

This point is further explained in Para 80. Lord Philips states ‘it seems to me that this reasoning is relevant not to the question of whether the Relevant Charges form Part of the price or remuneration for the package of the services provided but to whether the method of pricing is fair. (My emphasis added) It may be open to question whether it is fair to subsidise some customers by levies on others who experience contingencies that they did not for see when entering into their contracts. If not it may then be open to question whether the Relevant Terms fall within Regulation 5(1)….” Clearly his lordship highlighted that the court may be persuaded that it is unfair for some consumer to pay for services that other consumers benefit from for free. What’s more it is mostly the consumers who are on low incomes and struggling financially that are paying for everyone else. This is in my opinion not fair, and shows the banks have not acted in “Good faith”. Or as Lord Mance’s suggested in the trial, that ‘the banks were engaged in a sort of Robin Hood in reverse’ (see Para 2) I would suggest he means the banks were taking from the poor to subsidise the rich.

All the Lords appear to have agreed with Lord Walkers final Paragraph that being 52, in which he said ‘…This decision is not the end of the matter’, as Lord Philips explains in his judgment. Moreover Ministers and Parliament may wish to consider this matter further. They decided in an era of so-called “light-touch” regulation, to transpose the directive as it stood rather that to confer the higher degree of consumer protection afforded by the national laws of some other member states. Parliament may wish to consider whether to revisit that decision.’

So what does all this mean, well it means the following

1. The OFT can still look at the charges under UTCCR 1999, and always has been able to. They could now launch a new test case. (However, what must be asked is why was there a two year test case on a very narrow point of law? when the OFT already had the ability to assess the fairness of theses charges under Regulation 5.1 and others )

2. All consumers who have submitted a claim using the Old Particulars of Claim, arguing that the price was unfair and or that these are a penalty charges. Needs to amend their claim to include an argument under regulation 5.1. (a new Particulars of claim will be live on the site tomorrow with full instructions on what you need to do)

3. We also need to put pressure on the Government to amend the Regulation so we all have the same consumer protection rights that other member states have. (So get writing to your MP’s a template letter for this will be on the site within 48 hours)

4. I am sorry to say but I would like to see the stay remain in place, for a least a month. This will give consumers time to amend their claims and other consumer groups and I will be discussing the possibility of joining forces to bring a joint Class action. I feel this would insure that we could make sure that all the legal arguments are covered in full. I will update you all on this when I have spoken to the other consumer forums.

Finally, I will explain Regulation 5(1) in more detail on the site for those that are interested. However, what was important in this news letter is to confirm that this was basically a set back to the OFT and not to consumers. Claims can still be filed.The FSA has also lifted the Wavier.

I hope that the OFT if they do decided to bring a new action, that they will now invite the consumer groups to the table. Something we asked them to do before this test case, sadly that request was refused.

To conclude, the test case has only resulted in us having to amend the Particulars Of Claim and resulted in a two year delay, other than that we are back to the position we were in two years ago.

So was this test case a victory for the Banks, yes they beat the OFT on a small point of law, they did not beat the consumer forums and or the consumers.
