Seriously, I stumbled across a very interesting website today while I was reading a thread on ATS (Above Top Secret), re the pineal gland.

This man, Tom Kenyon, is quite interesting and wears many hats, he is a scientist, psychotherapist, sound healer and a musician among other things.

What drew me to his website was a short 5 minute sound healing that cleanses/activates the pineal gland (flouride in our water calcifies our pineal glands). He offers this sound healing for free. Hey, anything that can give us the edge in these crazy times is worth trying.

In addition there are another 5 sound healings/meditations you can download for free.

(I think I know who will be interested in this and who will respond. I won't give the names...so, let's see if my pineal gland is working, lol...)

Web Guy, when I wrote that I read 'somewhere' about the sleep problems with the pole shift, it was from Tom Kenyon, although I didn't know it at the time, it was forwarded to another website. Of course, I know Levi has mentioned this also. But his exact termanology was spot on for me - go to Hathers messages - his last blog re Haiti and the Chaotic node. He explains the sleep problems to a T.
