Here's the thing. How best to set a light under an already smouldering tinder box....?

Thursday: A man shot in London, a passenger in a cab, armed allegedly, although now fact that no bullets had been fired from a gun found at the scene.

Saturday: About 300 people gather at a Tottenham police station to demand an explanation. I believe there were many of the victims family and friends present. No police appear to speak, and I'm led to believe they outright refused. Later that same evening two empty police cars are set alight and left to burn in the streets near by. Later a double decker bus, also left to burn. Escalating to building fires, looting and serious damage.

Sunday: What the police describe as "copycat criminal activity" breaks out. Spreading to Enfield, Walthamstow and Waltham Forest in north London and to Brixton. More fires left to burn, more looting. One fire damaged building, which withstood the blitz, to be demolished due to being left to burn.

Monday: Apart from the debris in parts of London from the previous night, all seems well. Until about 5pm in the evening and then all hell starts to develop. Small scattered groups of youths seen congregating in various places, a bit of rock throwing here and there and face off's with the police. Small fires begin breaking out, bins, cars. Soon a larger fire in a furniture store, left to burn. The fire service has to wait 300 yards away until it really took hold and had spread to neighbouring properties, only then did they get the chance to tackle this monster. A lost cause. More areas of London begin erupting.

Then Birmingham. Then Liverpool, Bristol, Nottingham. By 11:30pm the msm had started re-looping all the news.

Tuesday: Lots of the UK awake unaware how far the riots have now spread. The msm gets us all up to date. Shock and outrage are rife, Londoners tweet and Facebook to rally support for the big clean up. Bring in the Army they shout, water cannons, rubber bullets. Echo'd around the country. Its looking like its going to be another long night in the UK, who can say what tomorrow may bring....martial law, curfews, segregated areas, fema camps....well who know's where it all leads, (aside from Levi ;)) but I remember back to a Levi blog....the one which referred to being on a river bank/hill, (my aged memory forsakes me, apologies) and seeing what was coming up ahead but you couldn't get the lost souls on the raft heading in that direction to hear your warning shouts.
