Cash for Clunkers in Oz

Hi Everyone,

Our new, unelected PM, Julia Gillard, has just announced a 'cash for clunker's' scheme in Australia today.

It means the government will buy your old car, manufactured before 1995, for $2,000, no questions asked....mmmmm...deeper agenda here me-thinks folks.

Now this raised some red flags for me...

1. Because I have a 1992 year old car (can't wait to get rid of the bastard, it's costing me a fortune, but that's another story)

2. I remember reading about Obama doing the same thing last year and how it involved having to pass on personal information to be part of the scheme, i.e.., to comply with the scheme, one had to give social security numbers (if you are on a pension), tax file numbers etc, and lord knows what other information

- even something to do with computer information? Can't remember, if anyone in the USA knows more, please let me know

Well, I smell a big, friggin' dirty rat! And it has to do with the NWO.

This is just breaking news here. I've yet to do some more digging.

Just giving the Aussies here a 'heads up'. Check it out first before you do the deal. Apparently it doesn't come into effect until January 2011 - and Gillard hasn't been elected yet, we go to the polls end August I think.

But you can bet your bottom dollar the hard-up battlers/sheeple will think it a great idea and the opposition party (the Liberals), will run with it as well.

Google 'Gillard's cash-for-clunkers fraud', or any other words of that nature to get the good oil on what is going down.

Glad you liked the Sheeple site. I think it's well done. Thanks for the info on the inventor of the black box. Did not know that. Interesting!

Another thing they have also done is turn everything digital. SDG&E has converted to digital meter readers. So now they can shut off power from a distance. Another form of control. What other reason could there be? The old meters worked just fine! I am sure they have also found a way to pass along the cost of the new digital readers on us by raising our bill down the road.

Yep, I'd forgotten about the black boxes and tracking devices. You are spot on.

Interestingly the guy who invented the black boxes (initially for aeroplanes), was an Aussie, and died just a few days ago.

Loved your website for American Sheeple by the way, humour is a good strategy.

Yes, Lily it is pretty scary to see what is happening while others are worried about where some sports figure is planning to move to or who is the latest celebrity in drug rehab...but I take it one day at a time as that is all you have.

Coincidentally I was talking to my best friend tonight about the Gulf oil spill. I was happy to hear that she has a very bad feeling about that area. I am happy because she is smart (and a great friend) but still a Sheeple. But interesting to see that more people are starting to raise their eyebrows. :)

Yeah, they probably want to get rid of the old cars so you have to buy the new ones with black boxes and tracking systems built in...There's probably other reasons but this may be one of them...just another way to control the people :)

Failed in the US, now it's here...

Yes, Lily, I saw that, and immediately thought, "OK, well I suppose it had to happen". They tried it in the US and it failed so dismally (read "succeeded perfectly in creating financial problems") that they just had to try it here didn't they?! And of course the reason for it is the same - environmental. Actually I don't mind anything that cleans up the environment, but it has to work, it has to be efficient and it has to be financially sound or it's a failure. Or a rousing success, if you happen to be the NWO, rubbing your hands with glee at the waste and financial folly...

UK scheme

We've had the same sort of car scheme in the UK. All in aid of massaging the new-car sales so that the poor old auto-trade would have better-looking figures at the end of the day.

I wouldn't have bothered with the scheme, but my husband eventually got rid of a seventeen year old car that had just a week's MOT remaining. As I recall, it was pretty innocuous; no awkward questions, requests for personal financial numbers or anything like that, however he didn't take out a l-o-a-n for the new vehicle so maybe that helped.

Maybe the Ozzie system is going to be more Orwellian in nature; I guess it wont be long before we'll have to hand over blood samples before we can even buy a loaf of bread.

Selling cars...

Hi all,

I will be selling my car privately. In the local supermarket parking lot with a home made sign on it.

Even if I get less than $2,000, I don't care. I am not giving any information to the gubberment.

Even had a phone call this week from a gubberment person to come in and check my electrical usage, all under the guise of helping me save money...

Um, I don't think so!!!! No gubberment people in my house thanks very much.

My next door elderly neighbour invited them in and she told me they asked all types of personal questions (not personal as in personal, but just household stuff...wtf is going on?)

It's all getting a bit scary. The scarier thing is most people have no idea what is happening...
