There is something very odd about these events, lots of visitors from the Australian, UK and USA Governments too - for the first time in years.

Have you guys watched this guys earthquake prediction for Christchurch prior to it actually happening??? It's on youtube.

Why is it that someone could predict this, this accurately??

I'm heart broken at what has happened to your beautiful city and its residents. I love NZ and it's people, and have enjoyed many visits. My prayers, love and thoughts go out to you all.

To see such devastation is very sobering and a lesson for us all that this can happen anywhere ( if not an earthquake....flooding, cyclones, tornados etc ) Hopefully we are all getting the message.

I am still in disbelief how a mere 6 pointer could cause such calamity... NZ had 7 pointers before and unless we got the information wrong, the human loss was minimal...

Levi was right (as always) the Richter scale must have gone through some changes...

I'm sending all my love and prayers for those who are being rescued to be found, for those who lost everything to get the strength to get through all this....my deepest sympathy for those who lost loved ones, may peace be within your hearts.

Hes suspicious too. It is much stronger than reported so by old standards this is probably around 8 point.

Also hes suspicious about the quake itself.
