RUBBISH!!!!

I don't know about anyone else out there, but I have to suddenly after moving found myself cleaning and folding my rubbish!!! Its enfuriating, I feel like I am a recycle plant in my pretty kitchen... well it was once pretty.
I pay £200 a month in council tax and I have to clean it too? The council having given me a green bin and a black bin.... When the rubbish goes out on a Friday, they wont take it if you have not properly packed it, folded it and labelled the dambed crap.
All the rubbish goes to a recycle plant they say... yeas sure... actually it all goes to land fill.
Dont you think its time that people stood up and said no!!! people I speak to are agreeing with me and I think people should refuse to pay their council tax... lets see. I have on my road... maybe 200 houses... that's £200. X 200 =£40,000 on my street alone... now how many streets are there in my town.. Torquay? lets see... Lets try 400 streets x 400 = 160,000 houses x £100 in council tax national averages = 16000,000.00..... thats sixteen million?
I think I have my figures right? and that's per month..... now times that by 12months. This is utter madness. Lets see. How much they pay the rubbish clearance personnel. £18,000 per annum guessing? per person. only need one to drive and two people to empty the bins... How many roads do you think they do a week? well if you imagined that they only did one road a week.. they would still be in pocket by a lot of money, if you look at my original figures.

I am no mathematician but... I do recall my mother doing sums like this when I was younger as she worked in the financial world... and came to a similar conclusion as me.
This is the coldest year on record... and rubbish, well, its stacks up and you eat more... its simple.. more rubbish. They are talking about fining people who do not obey the law.
Did you know, I found out recently, that our fathers and grandfathers actually hired local people to tidy the roads and all clubbed together, until they finally decided to create a goverment and they employed them to help the communities.. It seems the other way round now... the government are ready to fine you for anything... just google man fined for blowing his nose whilst driving... its hysterical.

The most hysterical thing I saw was Levi frog marching the 'Bin Policeman' off his property because he won't recycle unless he's paid to do so. He told the little council Hitler the same thing. That he could prove in court that recycle is being dumped in landfill anyway.
