Sleepless

by Byron Alblas
(Yorkton, SK, Canada)

Dear Reader,

I have been having a lot of trouble trying to get to sleep lately. It is not regular insomnia, or failure to sleep but nowadays I am not ready for bed for several hours later than I know I should be. And it is not like I am trying to sleep later to compensate. I am losing 2 to 3 hours every night.

I was worried that maybe something was actually wrong with me, because I would sit awake for hours waiting to sleep then when I did sleep I would dream very vivid and cluttered dreams.

I called my brother today and he has been having the same problems as me. In fact we have both been having similar dreams. And separately we have been worrying about our sanity.

We both had been keeping this from our wives and were trying to hide it. He was really relieved when I talked to him today about my own problems and as we talked we seemed to complete each other's sentence about what was happening.

I now have looked to outside help too. (Levi, happy thoughts to you.) And understand this is natural and will occur for a while due to the pole shift.

Has this been happening elsewhere I wonder? I cannot believe that there is only a handful of people experiencing this interesting state of mind.

Joe has blogged before about dreaming and though I am sure that it was hypothetical it still has me thinking.

The World's problems are serious but many of us are changing in miraculous ways, we are connecting. Can you feel it?

Thank you for your time.

Oh my Crazy Body
by: Joe Martinsen USA

Hey Byron and Everyone,
I to have had the same sleep patterns. Dizzy spells, Tired all the time, Panic attacks, Vivid, Cluttered Dreams and Sleepessness. The 11:11, 12:11,4:11 Ect....Now its 4:44! That was over a year ago, Now I feel better...more energy..so it does get better hang in there and enjoy the experience. It means your Special!! LOL! One of the weirdest experiences was that for days my legs felt like to lead weights, like I was walking though glue and would be out of breath when I reached my destination.

One thing that helped me get though it(and more to come Iam sure) was to roll with it and not fight it! If your having Panic Attacks which is the worst...they can be Dreadful!! Dont fight a Panic Attack, Feel it and smile, Wow this is different. Sit and Meditate, become a part of it. As soon as I stoped fighting it I felt better. Try it....it works!

Its a Download prosses, its important for our survival.

If your tired Sleep, Sleep, Sleep and take naps during the day. This is a strain on your physical body, Rest! If you have Sleeplessness use that time to Journal and write what you are feeling at 2AM! LOL!

Its like we are Resetting and our patterns are changing. We are Evolving...Yahoo!!

The other thing that is hard to deal with is our Relationships with people. Friends,Spouses,Siblings and Lovers. Some will get stronger a lot may fall apart. They my think you are Crazy and should be Hospitalized! This may happen, but its imperative to move ahead.

Remember, what you think will be painful when you brake off a relationship is actually growth.

Take care of yourself...get a Massage, Do Yoga, Meditate, Thunderstorm CD is great,(I have one Lily) Tell someone you Love your true feelings and feel the Joy or burden be lifted from your Soul!

Take your Supplements. Here's a List I use.

Your Oils, Omegas, Primrose, Flax Oil. All woman should be taking Flax Oil! Vitamin C, B-Complex 50, A Flora Source-Probiotic, Vitamin D3 5000 iu, A good quality Green drink and most important Magnesium. Mag-Tab SR this is the best you will sleep like a BABY!! pill form mag is hard for the body to absorb this one works best. Go Organic for all your meals with clean Water. If you eat meat go on YouTube and watch MEAT YOUR MEAT! You'll get the idea!

Most of all you are not going CRAZY!! You are Transforming into a beautful butterfly!

We are starting to connect to each other. How many Blogs have you read on this site and others and said "WOW!" I was just thinking that or I was just going to Blog about that! Well we are Tuning into each other...That's Cool!!

It starts out as a Tiny Whispers, your whisper in my ear, my Whisper in your ear. Then it gets Louder and Louder till our Voices proclaim the same song.

Thats Love and from there ALL POSSIBILITYS EXIST!!

Sleepy
by: Byron Alblas

Dear Lily,

Actually I was told that I would get this many, responses but it is still nice to see them.

(3 guesses who told me and the first 2 don't count)

Welcome to you all and thank you.

It is great to think that we are not alone but even better to know.

I do not drink to sleep because I have found that alcohol interferes with my natural insticts, and presently I need all the advantage that I can get.
And I also found that cigarettes slow things down too. At least they used to. It seems that things have reached a point of no return or maybe a saturation point for me.

I just accept and adjust, same as we all will have to adjust for many things as they change for all of us in the future.

WE are remarkably adaptable creatures after all.
Thank you all for your thoughts and opinions,
Keep it up for everyone else.

Byron Alblas

Thunderstorms
by: Lily

Hello Everyone,

Hey Byron, bet you didn't reckon on getting all these responses! Lots of people are not sleeping out there!

I have a little sleeping tip. I have a thunderstorm CD that I play to get to sleep.

It's wonderful of course to hear the real thing, but if you can, buy or download a thunderstorm CD; just rain, lightening, thunder and all that good stuff. Just pretend it's the real thing.

I always imagine myself perched up on the cliffs of Dover in the UK in a tent with the force of nature all around me, but in my dreamstate I am protected. (Don't ask me why I am on the cliffs of Dover while I live in Australia, lol).

Works for me. I've used this for years. Try it!

Cheers,
Lily

Zonked out
by: ChrisH(UK)

My problem is the opposite....I am sleeping too much! Head hits the pillow at around 10pm and often that's it until 6am. No dreams to remember; and I have always tended to be a light sleeper. However....I have regular bouts of coming wide awake, facing my digital clock, and seeing sets of triple numbers...2.22am, 3.33am, 4.44am and so on. I even get palindromes, e.g 2.02am, 3.13am, etc.

These plague me through the day as well. This sort of thing has been going on non-stop for many, many months.
I went through a phase of great tiredness during the middle of last year as well, which I put down to common problems of middle-age. Insomnia, however, has rarely been a problem so maybe I'm just lucky.

Yep, agreed
by: Anonymous

I've had the mixture of tired, and sleepless as well. The last few days, I cannot stop waking up earlier, and being awake; I cannot go back to bed, but also my eyes feel like 1000 pound weights.

Isis is stirring! On that note, I think many here would find "Isis Unveiled" by Helena Blavatsky to be very interesting. Written in the 1870's, in the first 50 pages she outlines the cycles.

I think most would be amazed at her accuracy of what is transpiring.

Like a baby
by: Richard

Hi

Well I have been sleepless for a long time as well.

One thing I noticed is that if you carry the world on your shoulders you won't have much sleep. To make a long story short. And may I say this is just the way I have learned to cope.

There's nothing wrong with a nice glass of red to take the edge off. Or if you a none drinker. The one method that works for me the best is I fall asleep with headphones on. Some nice relaxing music.

Or something I came across a year ago.
Sedona frequencies combined with some nice meditative music?

It somehow also affected my dreams , seems to be more vivid and guiding.

Hope this helps some of you.

SLEEPLESS
by: AJ

Extremely pleased that I am not the only one that feels this..... I have not been able to sleep properly at night either and then have to catch up in the day time, as I feel exhausted otherwise. I don't think I have had the same energy for about 2 years now. Anyway I think positive when I can and I just try and follow what Levi says.

Try and project positive solutions and it attracts more positive results. Remember, you are not alone. Hugs and kissed and best wishes to all business owners, families and hold tight.

Yep! same here as well
by: TheGrimReaper

Now this is strange, I myself go to bed
feeling tired but for two to three hours
just can't seem sleep either.

I started thinking maybe it was something to do with feng shui so changed the direction of my
bed from facing south to facing north but
that didn't make any difference at-all. My
arms and shoulders also ache whilst trying
to sleep (does anyone else have this problem?)

GRIM

Web Guy:

Yawn.. Sorry Grim. What did you say? Serious, me and a lot of people I know can't sleep lately.

PANIC ATTACKS!
by: Anonymous

Yes, I can relate to a different sleeping pattern. I am usually a very heavy sleeper but lately experiencing episodes of a lighter sleep. But was is disconcerting is that I feel that something physical keeps happening to me. Its not pleasant and I feel very alarmed by it. It feels like I am on the brink of dying and I wake up with severe palpitations and I am shaking like a leaf. These episodes seem to happen every night lately.

Tootsiana

Web Guy:

Don't be alarmed. Levi reckons this is a tuning in phase to adapt to the shifting poles.

same here too
by: Ste

i think i've had 1 maybe 2 energised days in the last year or 2. I used to be the soundest sleeper there was. I slept through earthquake tremors when I was young!

These days the only time I get a full nights sleep is after a night out and even then I'm still tired the next day from my body recovering from the alcohol. I rarely remember my dreams but when I do they seem to be rather violent sometimes its me causing the violence.

I'm assuming its my Subconscious mind trying to push out my demons. either way, I tend to wake up for a min of once or twice during the night normally around 2am and between 4-5am other nights I've just been semi conscious all night.

I've also found that something is always aching, it changes from month to month but always something, currently its my right hip and knee. I feel like an old man yet I'm only 24!

Web Guy:

I'm young as well and know where you're coming from with 'Semi conscious' state. It's frustrating. A lot go on about nightmares or weird dreams as well, including me.

It's like getting stuck between awake and asleep.

Jan 28, 2010
Yep, me too.
by: Lloyd

For me it's a curious mix of always being tired all the time, but not being able to sleep. No doubt being tired all the time is BECAUSE I can't sleep, but that doesn't seem to make sleeping any easier...

Of course, at this time of year Brisbane is ridiculously warm, and the nights just don't cool down. That doesn't help. But the big problem is my mind won't shut down long enough for me to drift off.

But through the day, I feel like I'm in a cloud. This has all happened, by the way, since I have become completely accepting of the future to come in a way that leaves no doubt in my mind. I'm even quite calm about it now. There was once a time when I would worry about the future, but I'm strangely at peace with it now.

Or at least I am on the conscious level... I wonder whether the worry is still there subconsciously... :)

Autopilot
by: Nadine

Similarly, I have been having sleep problems, but a whole host of other issues lately as well - the main one being on "autopilot" - doing routine things, and not remembering the "doing them" but they're done....driving in my car from point A to B - and with my mind on other things - I don't really recall consciously "the drive" itself... that kind of thing...... it kind of scares me (I am only 45 so I don't think it can be categorized as a dementia issue, at least I hope not) - feels like a time travel experience ... oops "here I am" from "where I was" - but the journey itself seems to be foggy as I am so absorbed by other thoughts....its very weird - I too experience strange dizziness and nausea - like when on a spinny ride...vivid dreaming as well..and strangely my knees are hurting too, as if gravity doubled... all within the last year. Although relieved to know I am not alone, wish we didn't have to go thru it.

Take care everyone...

Levi said it
by: Andrew

All those on the PB may have read Levi's blog headed, "are you sane or insane"? This may explain a bit about what some of us may have been going through recently.

Levi states, "our DNA is tuning into the Earths magnetic fluctuating changes" and "So we have the Right Side of the Brain. The Unconscious where dreams and instinct reside"

He also says The new energy from 2012 and 2013 is arcing across time like a lightening bolt. It has started to awaken you. It is making you frustrated because something inside you is telling you something, yet you are completely baffled or feel clueless as to what it is"
(sorry for using all your quotes Levi but its easier to cut and paste)

Yes I agree, alot of this is happening to myself, very vivid dreams, I may wake from this dream, fall back asleep, then keep dreaming the same dream. The dreams can be so real I feel all emotions I am going through. I feel like I am being healed from blocked emotions I have held on to from the past.

sleepless in California
by: Eileen

And all this time I thought it was because I was depressed..wanted to kill my former Investment Advisor..was worried about the collapse of America..Revolution...how my children/grandchildren would survive in the event of WWIII? I have not slept a full night in two years. I keep repeating the same things, ad nauseum in my head, why didn't I see it coming, why didn't I do this or that -- I am going crazy with the same tape playing over and over and over. I do my pyramid daily and in my mind every night, I try to cancel out my thoughts and think positive, I try to figure out how I can re-orient our lifestyle to survive if the sh..t hits the fan. I took Levi's latest prediction for 2010 seriously, and checked out everything I have to survive, tents, sleeping bags, candles, food, water, lamps. I need to get some propane cooking stove just in case. We recently had four trees taken out from our backyard and told the guys to cut them up into logs so we have enough wood to last a year for our fireplace.

But the sleeplessness is getting really bad. I wake up three, four, five times a night, and often I don't fall asleep until after 12pm or so. I bought some Melatonin to help me, but after initially making you sleepy, about two hours later I am wide awake and can't go back to sleep. I toss and turn and toss and turn, driving my husband nuts and I have this constant fear inside about impending doom, even though I can't put my finger on what exactly I am afraid of.

After reading Levi's predictions, I wrote a list of what I could walk away from in the event of a major revolution. Our house for one, which has a low mortgage and since we bought it inexpensively, we don't have to worry about having a lot of equity in it now that the housing market has collapsed in the US. Never thought I'd ever think this way. My husband thinks I'm going crazy through lack of sleep and suggested I talk to someone (a Therapist?) about my fears. NOT!

I am hiding from my friends who are complaining that I don't talk to them, visit or phone them like I used to. I'm into myself right now, it's all about ME, as Levi predicted in the Tarot reading I had with him while in Scotland. But if truth be told, I am just really, really scared about something I can't name or identify.

Web Guy:

According to Levi we who suffer now will be fine when we adapt. Those not experiencing this now will have a much harder time so thankful for small mercies.

PS: I would still kill your Investment Advisor though if they have lost your money. We should kill a few lawyers as well before we sttart on the poli-ticks.

I don't know if this is related but a lot of people
including myself seem to be having light headiness and unexplained dizzy spells. I thought it might be related to a bug but no-one as any other symptoms either before or after the event.

Is there some connection?

Web Guy:

Yes this is the same thing and is being reported. I'm more tired but have a few dizzy moments and a detached feeling like out of body for a few moments. Thought I was losing it until I spoke with old Levi about it.

But it's still a freaky feeling when it happens and makes me panic a bit. One of my mates has starting having panic attacks. Strange because he's a bit of a ard nut but it concerns him as well.

I too
by: Anonymous

Me and my husband, me especially have been suffering with this for a few months. Some nights its like i am not really sleeping at all. I sometimes get unexplained butterflies, like a nervous/bad feeling with no explanation. This passes but comes and goes, i never really know what i am nervous about.

I thought it was just winter blues - perhaps not!

Same here...
by: Lily

Hi Byron,

You are not alone, I am too having problems with sleeping. I seem to be in a state of awake/asleep mode. Not sleeping but in a dozy state for the entire night. Most peculiar for me.

I read somewhere this is a symptom of the pole shift.

Most disconcerting as I've never had problems sleeping before. Dreams are extremely vivid in this state, like lucid dreaming. I feel like I'm downloading stuff from the universe every night - it's very intense. Of course can't remember the dreams at all just the intensity of it. So you are not alone.

Cheers,
Lily

Web Guy:

RE: I read somewhere this is a symptom of the pole shift.

You read it here Lily.

It's Levi's theory on a magnetic shift but no experts have addressed it yet.

See - The Shift Effect Near Bottom Of Page. It's been up for years now.
